Sitting at Heathrow, about to head home, I’m still riding high from the RegTech Forum hosted by Incite Consulting LLC and Blockchain APAC this week. 🥰

You might wonder why two advisory shops in the blockchain and web3 industry would host a RegTech conference. For us, it was a passion project. We wanted to bring together top industry minds and as many regulators as possible to tackle the essential question: “How can we move the industry and regulators FORWARD?”

In an industry full of repetitive, pay-to-play conferences, we aimed to create something unique—a space for meaningful discussions that could drive real progress. If I’d visualized "perfect" two weeks ago, it wouldn’t have come close to the reality.

The interactive panels, intimate roundtables, and support from our incredible sponsors—Taxbit, VerifyVASP, Clyde & Co, and TRM Labs—made it all possible. A special shoutout to Michelle O'Connor, who stood by us from the moment this was just a crazy idea.

But what truly set the event apart was the caliber of attendees who passionately contributed, and the phenomenal leadership from Steve Vallas and Richelle Cox. They brought people together to create real impact, and by the last roundtable, hosted by Carmel King and Lucinda Hallan at Grant Thornton UK LLP, an impromptu task force had formed to tackle issues around AML and the travel rule.

Steve’s moderation skills are unparalleled, and watching him lead six panels back-to-back was a feat. His knowledge and Richelle's organizational genius made them a powerhouse duo.

Thank you to everyone who came from around the world, trusted the process, and made the event feel like a cross between an adult summer camp reunion and a RegTech wedding. From Aidan Larkin’s karaoke night to the Circle event, every moment was unforgettable.
